SKINNYLIGHT SLB-sX+

The SKINNYLIGHT Spectrum series focus on specific light output for specific inspection environment requirement. 3 Variants are available, namely sVerde, sLitho-X and sUVA.

The <SLB sVerde> capitalize the concept of peak sensitive wavelength in relation to human eye and the reflectance of observing particle. Naturally the scotopic/photopic response ( the rod and cone reaction) of an eye increases toward certain  wavelength reaching its peak sensitivity and thus making it easier to be seen. This contrast enhancement illumination make detection more visible to human eye at reduce eyestrain. While it add intensity to the white or ambient light, the < SLB Spectrum > diffused beam offers antiglaring thus avoiding reflectivity mis-interpretation. All this greatly enhance productivity and quality of visual inspection. 

In this series, we also include product offering of lithograph safe worklight - <SLB s-Litho X>. It effectively filter sub 520nm wavelength completely, while maintaining high transmissible level of visible lights enabling the product to coexist in most of semiconductor manufacturing and UV-photo sensitive film imaging department. The product is also ESD safe and can be confidently deployed in most cleanroom operation. 

On another derivative, we also offer worklight for user who requires UV light. The SLB-sUV delivery precise 365nm 1.5W of black light. It also come with strope setting for inline printing freeze inspection. 

SLB-sX+ come with programable mode setting delivering constant luminous light output up to 700 raw lumens. It also featured with a detachable versatile facet magnet holder which allows for ultimate flexibility placement to enhance task productivity. Every SLB-sX+ units also comes with iIOT ready, which enable it to be audibly located even being misplace within metalized cabinet. 

Custom color combination is welcome on request (MTO).  Potentially Red, Blue and Amber combination is being deployed on project basis to law enforcer, security and traffic control. Sample is available.
