Shipping policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SKINNY-TOOLS. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping
• We can ship to residential and commercial addresses in all. Street name and zip code must be filled out correctly.
• NO PO Box address.

Shipping Fees
• We deliver each order to one delivery address.
• To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product to your shopping cart and input your zip code in the Shipping Estimator field.

Delivery Time
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Packaging
• If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
• If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, Please contact the courier service company within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.

Custom,Duty and Tax
• We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Payment Method
• Payment by Paypal is accepted.
• The confirmation email that you will receive shortly thereafter from Sales@Skinny-Tools.com also constitutes a preliminary invoice.

Prices
• All prices are displayed in US dollars
• Products are always charged based on the price at the time an order is registered.

Warranty and Claim Policy
• We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Products not listed estimates shipping rate will advise by email.
